Let’s give thanks for what we’re given
by the Man Upstairs.
Let’s show this by how we’re livin’,
without pomp or airs,
’cause somewhere in this blessed land
a child is crying in the night,
unable to understand
why there’s not a single bite
of food for him that will assuage
the hunger running deep,
so let us turn a Bible page
and care for starving sheep
that Jesus loves with all His heart,
just asking that we do our part.
