If you are shopping today, or planning to do any Christmas shopping this year, please consider adding a book or two to your gift list. I’m sure someone on your list loves reading and there are so many wonderful books to buy to support authors and bookstores.

Here are a few delightful books I’ve come across that might be right for someone on your list. And there’s an added bonus that these writers are Books & Such clients! Please forgive the advertising, but sometimes we just have to brag on the amazing authors we represent! Plus Black Friday is a day of advertising, so you are probably all used to it. 😀

First up: Cynthia Ruchti’s Christmas novellas:

Restoring Christmas

An Endless Christmas

And A Door County Christmas Her novella is one of four in this collection. It also includes stories by Becky Melby, Rachael Phillips and Eileen Key.

I adore this little book by Karen Whiting and it’s so pretty too! Lots of fun for the whole family:

Christmas is Coming! But Waiting is Hard. Family Activities and Devotions for Advent

Looking for a gift for kids that will inspire them to read their Bible? Try That’s So Weird! 101 Fun and Fascinating Facts about the Bible by Kathleen Long Bostrom. Colorful and engaging and each page directs the reader back to the Bible passage the fact is from.

If your friend or family member likes historical romance, you might consider Their Mistletoe Matchmakers by Keli Gwyn. Keli is an excellent writer and this story is a bargain! Priced under $5 on Amazon.

If your friends prefer a contemporary romantic suspense with a Christmas twist, try Liz Johnson’s Christmas Captive. Also a bargain at $5.99.

And lastly, if you are shopping for a new baby, Diane Stortz’s Baby, Baby is an adorable board book! It also shares the message of God’s love for us. My son loves this one. It has a mirror at the end and it’s all sorts of fun.
